If you are involved in an accident please follow these steps 

1. Take pictures/video of accident scene and pictures of driver license, insurance and tag of involved
2. Fill out incident report with civilian name, phone number and email address
3. Call (800) 942-3300 to get LMET#
4. Get copy of police report and bring to dispatch
5. Attach pictures and video of scene 
6. Contact Dispatch 1(772) 979-5954
